All partner teams are building these qualities to be a full support of the project: organizational skills, conversation in groups, chat  and discussion with partners, accurate perception, conflict resolution abilities, diversity in group, innovative thinking, sense of responsibility, strong work effort, spirit of appreciation, playing specific roles.
